Is there any cost to attend your regular meetups? To date all of our events have been completely free, with the exception of any entry/cover fee that may be charged by the venue. Unless you see a cost explicitly stated, playing games with our group is free.
Do you provide games? Yes! We have a library of dozens of board games available at our events. You are welcome to bring your own game(s) to play as well.
Can I come even if I don’t have a group to play with? Yes! Our volunteers will help you find a group to play with. On a given night, people often end up playing with several different groups. Chances are, you’ll make some new friends.
What if I don’t know how to play any of these board games? Don’t worry. People come to our events all the time without any board game experience. Our volunteers are happy to help you learn games, and are skilled at finding people games that they will enjoy.
Are food & drinks allowed? It will depend on the venue, but unless an event specifically states no food or drink, people will often bring snack food to share. Naturally, we do expect each person to clean up after him/herself!
